How did Porter hit Spence so much??

Re watched the Porter and Spence fight and Porter tags him all 12 rounds with no problem. Porter is also slow as molasses and doesn’t look to have much umph in those punches due to lack of speed.

How did he manage to connect so much on Spence?

Is Spence defense a liability against PAC?

Porter is awkward and does have speed. He is willing to accept that he is going to get hit and is able to land, Porter has done this with almost all his opponents. Ugas and Garcia expected Porter to come in to pressure and got thrown off when he came to box.

Very good assessment. Porter doesn't fight pretty but he's awkwardly effective; his style and temperament lends itself to close fights.

Which is what makes him stylistically the worst match-up for the WBO Welterweight Champion. You said it, in bold.

Nobody has an easy night against full linebacker Porter.

Spence fought Porter at his own game and was willing to put the 0 on the line that night. Spence could’ve boxed him and made the fight easier. Still difficult but definitely could’ve been easier.

Easy. Because he threw punches at him and they landed. Smh.

                Because Spence played Porter's game.

He fought Porter's fight and beat him there. That's why Spence got hit so much by Porter.

If he does the same with Pacquiao, he better have the most punch resistance in the world because you can't fight Pacquiao's game and beat him at it.

Porter has fast ass feet. You noticed he closes distance quick, also stayed in position to punch on the inside
