I have to agree with an earlier post that stated it's not in Nacho's best interest for Cotto to defeat Manny at this point because he wants a rematch of Marquez v Pacquiao still. As far as Clottey...he can definitely take on the best at 147 and give them all they can handle...dude is a beast though I will state that I think the fight would have bee different if not for that laceration on Cotto's eye. That made Clottey more aggressive and Cotto more defensive than offensive in the fight. Anyways, it could be that maybe Nacho would want to train Cotto and this is his way of saying I have the experience against Manny if you are willing to communicate with me; or maybe he was sipping on some haterade today and felt like making this statement...who knows.

I agree, I dont think he would be right trainer for Cotto, his little boy is Marquez, he wants Marquez against Pac. He would probably not put the effort into it like it if it is Marquez the one that he is training for the fight. Just my opinion.

I see pacquaio koying cotto in 4. I like cotto and hes got a big heart but i think pacmans power and speed will be decisive and itll be an early finish.

i think people keep forgetting pacquaio beat up barrera and morrales twice each and always go on about the dlh fight. hes p4p no 1 because of these earlier fights too and apart from marquez after the first morrales fight no one has even looked like hitting him nevermind beating him

I totally agree with Nacho on what he thinks about Cotto. I'm not the only one that is thinking that.

I agree that girl on your avatar is fineeeeee but I disagree with you and Nacho especially on the comment that clotty is not a top level fighter. clotty just needs to throw twice as many punches and take more risks and he would be even more dangerous.

The only thing I agree with Nacho is the new corner he has. I think thats the weak link.

I think Cotto will have to K.O Pac early in the fight to have a chance. Cotto is a 6 round fighter and he usually has little gas for the final rounds. And un -like Marquez Cotto doesnt have the straight right to keep Pac away. I don't know if Pac will KO Cotto like Nacho says but I think Cotto will probably lose by a Unanimus decision.

Thats how I think the fight will turn out if cotto does not ko pac. I would say inside 9 rounds. kind of like clotty, I had him tie with cotto in the 10th.

His last performance shows everybody how tough Cotto is, he won the fight with one eye, and remember pac is bringing nothing that Cotto hasn't seen before, power and speed, I think Pac is a good fighter but I don't think he can easily beat Cotto, i think that Cotto will stop him, but I won't be surprise if pac win, if he win he can take anybody on the WW.
Anyway, if cotto wins he won't get any credit, people will said that he beat a smaller guy, but if pac win, he will be one of the best. We've has seen this before with puertorican fighters, when Tito was on top he didn't get the credit that he really deserves, when Hopkins beat him Hopkins was one of the best P4P and his carrer really took off.

Cotto will beat Pacquiao. His fight against Clottey was his first legitimate fight since Margarito. Maybe he was taking more punches because he couldn't see. Did he ever think of that? That drastically altered his style of fighting. Cotto will be fine.
