Good point, the gash was a big factor in that fight. Cotto destroys Pac at 147 for the welterweight title. At a catchweight, who knows...but then, what would be the point?

One point makes some sense Cotto does seem to be getting hit more often and would someone tell him he doesn't have Mayweather reflexes or Ali leverage or Sugar ray footwork he does that dancing and hops and tries to lean back to avoid shots and its not working. His best defense has always been offense...and where's the bodywork?

With all due respect to Nacho I just can't see a Pac KO in 6 rounds. Yes, Cotto has slipped very slightly since the Margie fight but he's still going to be the most dangerous opponent Pac has faced.

To mitigate Pac's mobility, I can see Cotto using that left hook to the body every chance he gets. All night.

I'm a fan of both fighters. Cotto's superior size and power will prevail. It'll be a monster fight but Cotto by UD or late KO. If Pac wins... holy fcuk!!
