    the tall and handsome algieri,

      then what were they?

imdazed changed the subject when their levels of fadedness were outlined. dan was the only person to begin to approach the subject, but he knows the sport too much to deny that they were at the end of their careers.

what were they when floyd fought them? where were they in their careers?

floyd fought bad WW / jmw fighters coming off of good wins [maidana, guerrero, ortiz, baldomir, etc,] in their primes, or very goods / greats who were faded.

answer the questions if you care to, give it a good slant, and shout TBE when you are done.

No one said Bradley was great either, he was a very good fighter coming off of a damn good performance. Shot means not being able to pull the trigger anymore or when any solid punch shakes you up, that's shot. So now that you can't muster up a point you gotta put words in people's mouth, sort of set the stage for yourself. That's weak man....

So it doesn't appear as if any of you were able to find another modern fighter that was able to accomplish the same or a similar feat... interesting.

Mosley in my opinion was done, respectable posters on here would disagree but I can understand why they would see that as a tough one. How about using your fucking eyes for once and realizing how ****** you sound? It's like you refuse to use the greatest measuring stick, Oscar was past his prime but still very good, same goes for Cotto and Pacquiao.

Didn't change the subject, I asked you where you had them ranked.

manny gets hurt by shots he used to eat like m and m's. i admit that marquez was almost surely on gas, but that doesn't negate the fact that he shook manny with shots that manny had eaten for dozens of rounds earlier in their careers.

he has trouble pulling the trigger. his legs fail him in training camp. cramps, and a general lack of life and speed that they once had. they reallly fail him in fights. he used to dart around the ring. now he fights in straight lines and plods. he fights in spots at best, and generally spends huge majorities of the rounds coasting.

there are degrees of shot. i didn't say that manny has nothing left in the tank. he has very little. the division is bad enough that a blown up, faded WW can still hang around.

                  is he shane mosley shot?
                  not yet.

is he faded? only a f#cking moron would deny that he is faded.

Maybe in 2006 you could argue that but these guys said it in 2009.

You can't possibly argue he waited for Mosley to slow down after this article was written. He fought the guy as soon as possible.

You can argue he waited for Cotto to get older. But, I don't think that's the case.

Pacquaio obviously you can argue because that took many years to make.

But Floyd's aged and declined a whole lot also. It ain't like he's 25 beating up on these guys.

Not in that regard but your using the same mechanics when debating.
