LOL, his own size??? Hopkins was a middleweight for 15+ years. 2 of his last 3 fights were at 170 (two pounds north of 168). Hopkins would also be going down to 168 this would not be a catch weight fight. In addition, Hopkins is damn near 45 years old and a proven legend in the game he can basically do whatever the hell he feels like.

Most of the time when it comes to how and who I pick on winning, the key points in what I personally think have already been stated numerous times in the thread that I replied too.



IMO Kessler is still a young buck in a sense. He's prime, younger than Froch, he hasn't been in any real battles and has a lot of room for progression. Only thing Kessler doesn't have that Froch has is Heart. I think that's Froch's best attribute. but again Kessler beats Froch. Go back to the first half of him and Joe Calzaghe. Froch wont know what to do..... when Joe did....

Hopkins is just to witty and oldschool for him. Hop would outclass him and YES IMO he would beat him soundly worse than what he did to Pavlik...... easy win and pay day for Hop...

Pavlik on the other hand IMO would be the stronger guy with EVEN more heart and will than Froch. I think since he has ALREADY been in the ring with JT (twice) and HOP gives him the advantage. Pavlik's pressure I think would put them into a slugging match with Froch tasting the canvas. Neither guy would back down.... I think Pavlik coming off the canvas himself would TKO/KO him to win....

I do however see Froch getting better and maybe one day becoming something pretty solid like his mouth that wont stop talking. But right now he is very limited as we all watched in the desperate performance against JT.

I havent seen anything YET from Froch that would have me to believe that he could beat Hopkins, Kessler AND Pavlik. I see all 3 beating him badly. Kessler being the less likely of the three to do it dominantly.

Anyway i'm used to people disagreeing with me. ****, I heard it for months about how I said Pac would litterally "DESTROY" Hatton.
But im out..... be easy... Tried to green K ya but wouldnt let me.

trust me Froch will have a good chance against B hop just remember how everybody thought hed get beat up by JT prefight, so when people say JT outboxed Froch thats bs, JT was no more than 2 rounds up going into the 12th, ( see all the press scorecards) and concidering that was his first defence being abroad , all his nerves etc he didnt do too bad going into the 12 but at the back his mind he was always going to go for a big last round he even said that he could have went for it earlier but he was worried about his first ever knockdown and lack of experience at this level, ofcourse JT beat Bhop twise and still boxed well in the froch fight, Kelly pavlik just wasnt himself against Bhop but if its at 168 froch will be stronger than kelly, froch can definitely box better than he did against JT maybe you havent seen enough of his fights

anyway the legend is gnna be 45 and still on the p4p list but his end will come soon and I reckon froch will do it

I agree with everything you said. I'm just tired of Bhop fighting De La Hoya, Trinidad, Taylor, Pavlik and Wright at his weight selection. And then lowballing Adamek and avoiding Chad Dawson. He is obviously a HOF boxer.

The whole USA V GB angle, Froch can start talking about how he's already done what Hopkins couldn't with Taylor and that he could be the man to finally knock Hopkins out.

Essentially if Froch can convince the public of Britain that he can win, I think this can become a very marketable fight.

totaly agree, if bhop cant avenge JT then next best thing is to beat froch, if bhop fights the same way like he did against pavlik then shoud be an exiting fight

I honestly don't think Froch is on Hopkins' level. You can't throw a nobody up against a legend. Hopkins' says Chad Dawson doesn't bring in enough fans and money and that's why he doesn't wanna fight him. WHO DA **** IS CARL FROCH!?! Hopkins thinks he's gonna bring in more money??? I'm lobbying for a Chad Dawson-Hopkins fight. If Hopkins is callin out nobodies, he might as well call out an under-the-radar good fighter such as Dawson.
