Hopkins: "Froch Can Be a Superstar By Fighting Me"

Froch loses to Hopkins, Kessler and Pavlik. EASY. Froch as of right now is **** and WOULD have lost to JT who's solid but "gassed out". Froch needs a lot of work before he beats anyone on the level of Hopkins let a lone a simply guy like Pavlik or a young buck like Kessler.

I'm finding you VERY annoying right now..... I think its because I'm watching a movie that im very into.

So now you admit Kelly is also simple, yet beats Froch whom is a pressure fighter, with pressure. You've not laid out any reason as to why Kelly beats Froch, you just keep repeatedly saying "he, he, he whips he, period". It's a boxing forum, don't be surprised at people not being impressed by that, and politely (for once) pressing to back it up.

WESS, I like you, but yes we have the amusing tendency to wind each other up sometimes but it's cool. I just think you have a tendency to rant on without backing things up, mainly just standing by bias's and a subjective thought you don't elaborate on. I rant myself at times but I try to have some actual info, insight, and direction, and point. You just say this guy beats him and him, that's it, tada. That's all.

When politely encouraged to elaborate using sound arguments, you repeat the exact same words like the quote above, and proceed to do the same thing again. You don't address a single thing raised on the aspect of why guys win, the styles, or anything, and that's rather essential. Perhaps the film is extra putting you off dude, don't worry about it. We do agree that Froch isn't great, and that Hopkins plus Kessler beat him, so let that be our saving grace.

Hopkins has already said no way to that, and admitted that Chad Dawson is a great young fighter with plenty of time to make his name. Translation: Dawson has all the tools to beat me, I'm old, and I simply can't hang with him at the end of my career.

If anything, I want to see Roy Jones Jr and Bernard Hopkins fight their last fight against each other, with BOTH retiring for good. The loser retiring for a bet sounds good in theory, but truly they both should retire after fighting each other regardless.

Froch swings too wide for a fight with B-Hop. Bernard would land that quick ducking lead right and grab. After a couple of those Froch will have to change his gameplan...whatever it would happen to be. Hops is too careful to let Froch tag him cleanly, so he wins a wide, wide UD...10 rds to 2 (Froch wins the last 2)

Mutual feeling bro. We do sometimes get on each others nerves but hey its all in good fun. Yet funny when you go back and think about it.......

Most of the time when it comes to how and who I pick on winning, the key points in what I personally think have already been stated numerous times in the thread that I replied too.

IMO Kessler is still a young buck in a sense. He's prime, younger than Froch, he hasn't been in any real battles and has a lot of room for progression. Only thing Kessler doesn't have that Froch has is Heart. I think that's Froch's best attribute. but again Kessler beats Froch. Go back to the first half of him and Joe Calzaghe. Froch wont know what to do..... when Joe did....

Hopkins is just to witty and oldschool for him. Hop would outclass him and YES IMO he would beat him soundly worse than what he did to Pavlik...... easy win and pay day for Hop...

Pavlik on the other hand IMO would be the stronger guy with EVEN more heart and will than Froch. I think since he has ALREADY been in the ring with JT (twice) and HOP gives him the advantage. Pavlik's pressure I think would put them into a slugging match with Froch tasting the canvas. Neither guy would back down.... I think Pavlik coming off the canvas himself would TKO/KO him to win....

I do however see Froch getting better and maybe one day becoming something pretty solid like his mouth that wont stop talking. But right now he is very limited as we all watched in the desperate performance against JT.

I havent seen anything YET from Froch that would have me to believe that he could beat Hopkins, Kessler AND Pavlik. I see all 3 beating him badly. Kessler being the less likely of the three to do it dominantly.

Anyway i'm used to people disagreeing with me. ****, I heard it for months about how I said Pac would litterally "DESTROY" Hatton.
But im out..... be easy... Tried to green K ya but wouldnt let me.

Froch is green,around 22 fights,and 2 title fights.
Chasin the undefeated young tailor made fighter is shamefull Bernie,you're number P4P #3 so assume your statut and fight dawson or retire instead of beatin around fresh titilists,it's useless for the sport and your legacy...Or maybe you'll take a personnal pleasure to execute Frochy for sOme reasons...Frochy is ****in flawed...

Why not fightin Ward for a NABF title or better yet Korobov...They're undefeated too...lol
