wasnt sartison a mandatory not long ago

Sartison, who was ko'ed in 12, was for the vacant WBA title and was Kessler's first fight following hand surgery after the Calzaghe fight.

Then Kessler was ordered by WBA to face Danilo Haussler as a mandatory (ko'ed in 3) which was I believe in October. Since then Kessler's only fighting has been with his management.

im not real up on the rules of the wba
but it still seems soon compared to other champs for a mandatory, any word on when he can leave hes contract with palle and find a new promoter

id love to see him in with a decent opponent in the states, like a green or miranda or maybe even one of the up and comers in dirrell, jacobs, ward or even maybe bika or sam soliman

No news. Maybe they'll try to settle it out of court. Stumbling block is that Palle has a 3 fight option. Kessler thinks it's done with after Perdomo. Palle thinks Perdomo is the first of the three.
