yea i mean in the end it depends on the person, i can name a fighter of any race that has been one of the greatest at something.
greatest defenses: pep(white), whitaker(black), duran(spanish)
punching power: (white)dempsey/marciano, tyson/jackson/shavers/foreman(black), tua (samoan)
greatest chins: mccall/hagler/holyfield(black), mccullough/cobb/klitschko/la motta/chuvalo (white), morales/andrade(spanish) etc etc..
but you also have to take into account the socio-economic/environmental influences.
for example sugar ray robinson used to dance and that's one of the reasons his footwork was so exceptional that's why after he retired he was tap dancing on broadway etc...as you saw how when apollo creed was training rocky balboa, black people have a bigger culture of rhythm and dance and as such their footwork, flow, rhythm is usually much better than the more plodding and robotic white fighters that often rely more on brute force of strength and size
