Overall, no matter where you are from, your body adapts to the environment of which you are in. Type of food, type of job, type of weather conditions, etc. matter.
The Sun is everywhere and I don't think it is quite about how much Sun you get but as long as you get a certain amount (for humans) to stay healthy.

you do realize, don't you, that the more common theory held by many scientists (though denounced by some critics as racist, or at least racially provocative/irresponsible) is the complete opposite of what you said:
the REASON why africans still live in mud huts and tribes with not a single novel idea, ingenuity, invention etc, is because it is that very same environment that has plenty of sun, food, easy living at their disposal that prohibits them from evolving the necessary tools and ingenuity that people in a colder climate evolve. This theory explains the relative dominance of the germanic people in so many 'high cultural' things like art, literature, inventions, etc, etc. The idea goes that, the more INHOSPITABLE the climate and environment, the more evolutionary ingenuity and novelty it requires to SURVIVE in said climate. Lions and tigers aside, Africa is a far more hospitable place than the barren wastes of siberia or whatnot, reason being that food is plentiful as is soil whereas in colder climates it's all permafrosted and food is scarce and people have to adapt all sorts of new inventions like clothing, buildings, etc rather than simple mud huts in a climate and temperature that never changes and is always a livable and comfortable 80-90 degrees or whatever.

exactly someone from africa will require by nature/evolution to have a thin later of subcutaneous fat so that they do not overheat, that is why most africans are very thin. In arctic climates on the other hand, people are born with extra fat because it is insulation against the cold. How do you think polar bears and seals survive in frigid waters, they are packed with huge layers of fat so that their innards never feel the cold. And as such in northern (scandinavian/russian) countries the people will evolve to be a lot burlier because since they have a lot more fat, guess what that means their bodies are heavier and if you're body is heavier, akin to carrying a bookbag full of weights on your back all the time, what else is going to happen? That's right you're going to naturally develop a lot more muscle and strength and that's why the slavic/scandinavian people are genetically the strongest in the world and hold all strength records as I've said before whereas africans have far more fast twitch fiber muscles it seems, perhaps developed environmentally to chase gazelle and things of that nature as you've mentioned which a northern person would never do because it's impractical to bound through 3 foot deep snow chasing after a snow leopard or something like that.

civil war and strife as you mentioned is PART OF EVOLVING. Why do you think the higher evolved a nation or peoples are the LESS they fight. I.E. the reason why scientists believe that advanced extraterrestrial/alien species would not be belligerent because the higher evolved you are the more you evolve past simple territorial disputes and small time civil strife because that is the realm of animals, you know like cats and dogs fighting over their marked 'territory' so the two things you mentioned are obviously not mutually exclusive.

Of course an argument CAN be made on the other hand, that the REASON for that civil war/strife is due to the european/white man's subjugation of the african continent due to the saturation of natural resources there. That argument would be far more tenable than what you've said and some evidence for that CAN be demonstrated. And you're right the population is small that lives in mud huts and tribes and such but you still must agree that even in more advanced african nations where people have normal housing and such, the infrastructure and education levels are still no where NEAR compared to even the worst developed european nations like Moldova.

keep in mind africa's exploitation by other nations is a RELATIVELY recent thing in history, but why were africans still in tribes and mudhuts even before the slave trade and all that when europeans were already flying around in airships and cruising the high seas in galleons, inventing advanced algorithmic equations, high literature and art, etc, etc...Just saying you can't blame EVERYTHING on the european man.

If it were true what you say about size and weight, than Russia, Sweden, Poland, Germany, etc. would not have large people and places like Kenya, Ethiopia, etc. would not have any small skinny people.
There is a lot of variety.


And yes, there are places in Africa that have cities with actual buildings, cars, schools with computers, etc.

look at the egyptians and some other old culture, alot of the scientists today are scratching their heads and how they did alot of the things they did, and they even seemed to know more about our bodies, the stars etc than we do today
