This is nonsense, Hatton doesnt have the punching power to KO manny first of all. Second Manny have one of the best chins in all of boxing,plus mannys defense is very good, plus hatton will be eating left hands like crazy!!!!!!

not to be a smart ass, but its his double jab that sets up his straight left ... his jab is a very dangerous weapon.

Not as of late. He's been heavily on left hand leads and occasionally does his jab jab left. I mean, you can look at it that way but the way I read it was as if Manny just throws a jab as a normal part of his style which is a no. He rarely throws a jab unless it is to setup his left as you mentioned. But I mean we all talk about Ricky's body punching and obviously that is what Manny and Roach are gonna work on just as they did Oscar's left hook. I think they'll be well prepared. Ricky's got a lot to prepare for including Manny's right which he throws probably harder than the left these days. Manny doesn't even load up the left like he used to in the past because everyone is prepared for it.

I rarely find intelligent posts on these threads. It's so obvious how people read articles & reply all willy nill... It's also aparent that Pac's destruction of DLH is weighing heavy in the minds of so many here.

Consider this: DLH was the equivalent of a human Heavy bag. He inched forward as he approached Manny. Manny is 4 inches shorter than DLH & all he did was strike & duck away out of range. Any time a man is that much smaller & faster It's gonna look crazy Kinda like a midget fighting a giant, runnig thru his legs & wut not. Manny has nver been accused of being a def. wizard. In fact Manny has been KO'd twice one to the jaw once by a body blow. Ricky is 1/2 inch taller than Pac (virtually same size). Never fought @ 106lbs (naturally heavier. Natural @ 140. Ricky is a career pressure fighter. Will be able to get to Pac w/ ease. Career Body assulter. Career Bully. It took Floyd 11 rds to KO Hatton & he ate Shots ALL NIGHT LONG. How the hell will Manny stop him w/in 5?????? Rick ate TZU right hands & never was wobbled.

****** statement. He was only stopped when he was 16 years old. He took huge shots from Marquez and took them well, recovered and still won. anyone else would have gone down, a la Casamayor. If anything the Marquez fight shows how tough his chin is.

60/40 Pac wins for me atm. I want to go even or favor Hatton, but I think we all agree the major ***** in the armor for him right now is when in that instinctive zone he bull rushes leaving himself open to get walloped. If Senior can make that non existent in this fight and get Ricky to use the jab more to initiate some of that bully work with the returning head movement, I like Hatton winning. People are really overlooking that Ricky has got some speed on him too. Closing the gap on Floyd and Paulie weren't even issues and he boozes and blows up in weight when he's off to boot. That's some serious speed. Pac will not do him like Oscar, sorry, don't see it.
