Im glad finally someone has confirmed he is not coming back...Boxing doesnt really need him...or DLH....There will always be someone bigger better and stronger that will come along...Why do you want someone to come in and Potshot his way to a victory then praise him as the best...We have many promising prospects coming in and its truly the beginning of a new ERA...Out with the old in with the new!!!!

Don't you even understand the meaning of getting used to that weight cutting to 140 in your entire career and say dehydrating while the other one used to cut his weight at 147? You don't even bother thinking about the size L0l
What???
If you can clean your grammar up so that I can understand that would help me with a proper response.
I'll try to answer as best I can:
No, Hatton has never had a tough time making 140 pounds for the weigh-in, nor putting back on the weight to about 149 by fight time. He had no problem making 147 pounds for the weigh-in, obviously, for his fight with Mayweather, nor putting back the weight for fight-time.
I'm not quite sure what you are saying with Floyd...

Mayweather is not gonna fight anymore, ever! If you're doing your homework, you should have read that stuff where sources close to PBF said that there's something wrong inside Mayweather's body that may endanger his life if he steps up that ring again. That's why the unbeaten pug retired before his time. Hatton-Pacquiao is a 100% certainty, unless it's not>

140 pound fighters tend to weigh-in at 149 by fight time. Yes, that includes Hatton who weighed in at 149 for his fights in the 140 pound division.
Where was he for Floyd on fight night? Same weight he weighs for his 140 pound division fight-time weight: 149, which is the same weight as Floyd.
So what it was really was a 140 pound division fight except nobody had to drain weight for the weigh-in like they did for the 140 pound division. They were both at the same weigh-in weight as other fighters are in the JrWW division.
Don't be fooled by labels since both weren't going to come in at 140 pounds by fight time.
...the weight at fight time is irrelevant...if the agreed wieght is 140, then the fighter better be 140 at the weigh in...that's your concern with Floyd is draining himself to make the 140 at weigh in...if he can't make 140, then don't take the fight...if he takes the fight and signs the contract, he better make weight...if Floyd and Hatton/Pacman both weighed in at 140, it would be a different fight because Floyd would actually need to work himself down to 140...which for him, might be a chore...if Fatton can do it, then Mayweather can also...

So, if Ricky did in fact show up at 149 by fight time after weighing in at 145; that's his usual fight time weight when he fights at 140.
Floyd fights at the same weight as other JrWW do for fight-time; 149...same weight Ricky tends to weigh-in at for JrWW.
So you see, even though these fighters fight in the 140 pound division, they tend to show up, like Ricky, at 149. Which means, if Ricky fought at 149 and even though the fight with Floyd is at 147, it's the "normal/JrWW" Ricky.
Ricky had the ability to show up at his best weight which his team said he would do and not make the same mistake they did with Collazo and show up to heavy.
It's all about HOW MUCH THEY WEIGH AT FIGHT TIME; AND NOT WHAT THE DIVISION SAYS, that you should consider in this case. Or let me guess: The fact that it said "Welterweight" somehow hurt Ricky Mentally even though he was going up against a former lightweight and the smallest Welterweight in the division who shows up at 149 by fight time like most of the JrWW do by fight-time
Understand?
That doesn't change the fact that Hatton was never impressive at 147 in any fight there.
Understand?
