He was quick to bash Roy, but not a peep about the Road Warrior.
I love how he spins this. Johnson is not interested. But never mentions WHY that is . Who would be interested after someone **** tucked twice? (Using the ol Dirk Logic here since he's too slow to keep up)

Johnson said he wasnt interested in fighting Calzaghe anymore. He had bigger fights. He beat Jones hence the next logical step was to fight Tarver. The Tarver fight was close so the next step was a rematch. I dont see where Calzaghe would fit into Johnson's thinking.

Jeff Lacy was a bigger star than Glen Johnson and a chance to unify the division. People were also accusing Calzaghe of ducking Lacy at the time.

Jeff Lacy was a glorified prospect.

I think its been covered that Calzaghe pulled out twice with injuries. If I'd just KOed Roy Jones, I wouldnt really be interested in going after Calzaghe who was still relatively unknown.

              Your point being......?

He was glorified by the American media and sent over to destroy Calzaghe.

That's not the argument. The argument is if CALZAGHE really wanted the fight he would've continued to pursue it. He stopped after Glen cold turkey after he cold ****ed Roy.

I noticed how this tool puts the impetus on Johnson even after he KOed Roy. I guess everyone has to come after Joe- it's never been Joe's responsibility to make a big fight happen.

What do you mean "pursue" it? Follow around a guy who said he wasnt interested?
