Well he should've deducted them from Mayweather.

People miss the point when assessing Cortez's performance, it was neccesarily cos he was breaking up the holding - a lot of which was initiated by Floyd - it was the fact that he layed all the blame at Hatton.

It completely contadicting his performance in the Hopkins/Calzaghe fight where he allowed Hopkins to do the waltz with Joe for 12 rounds without interference.

And we saw in the Soto fight how he was jumping in whilst punches were still being thrown.

Hatton is actually an underrated boxer. Watch his fight with Tackie. Those who think hes a wrestler tend to be insulated Yanks who havent seen him fight prior to Tszyu where he changed his tactics to smother Tszyu - which were the right tactics for that fight. However he got caught in a rut of repeating them whilst he would be better served getting back to basics. Hopefully Floyd Sr will bring that out in him.

Hatton is an underrated boxer. People think hes just a brawler with no skill but hes shown that he can box in the past. Its been against poorer opposition and hes still not exactly Ray Lenoard but hes better than most think

Hatton is essentially a pressure fighter all action brawler. I never said otherwise, thats his bread and butter. But he can actually box well and has underrated skills which he doesnt use nearly enough and hasnt used greatly since moving to the US. Hence why a lot of Yanks ignorantly ignore his prior work.

And actually Hatton did display some great boxing in both those fights.

Hatton I think is looking for the big pay day by trying to fight Mayweather again. It will never happen and no one should even be talking about it. If PBF DID return it would be to fight Oscar (when and if he beats PAC number 1 P4P). I wish he would fight Cotto or Marg. BUT probably never will. I hope I'm wrong....
