If (very big If) Floyd decided to come out of retirement and make this fight, I believe he would punctuate it by making the kind of statement in the ring he made against Gatti. I like Ricky, but he has no chance of beating Floyd. Ever. That said, I hope Mayweather isn't even entertaining any thoughts of this fight. It would just make me dislike him that much more.

Hatton should challenge Cotto at 140 or 147...either is fine.
They are similar height and build...this fight would be a great one should Hatton beat Paulie.
If he cant beat Cotto then maybe he should pull the pin.
He is good though I think he's copping a hard time on here...IMO cortez did intefere a little during the Mayweather fight but the conclusion would have still been the same...only possibly no KO for Floyd but a UD.

Interesting thought about Hatton..... BUT Cotto would out class Hatton all night long. Hatton is good........ when he's not fighting elite guys.
I like HATTON. I really do BUT he's nothing "GREAT". Just a solid brawler.

But hey I would pay to see it. Would be a good tune up fight for Cotto. A fight that if you know the sport you would have Cotto winning. He would OUT BOX him all night.

this fight would be nothing more than a sham. Floyd would destroy him even faster than he did the last fight. Hatton doesnt have anywhere the skill or speed to hand with floyd which is why i knew floyd would kill him the first fight.
