No, the real issue is no one gives a **** about this fight. I don't know why DLH is fighting people no one cares about. Fight the Cotto/Margarito winner, lose to them, then retire. End of story.

          Stay retired Tito.....

I'm glad it didnt happen as well. Tito was a once great fighter, now he is just fat and has no desire. On the other hand with Del La Hoya being and GREAT shape. Lets see Cotto fight Marg. Winner takes on MONEY MAY (Thinking that he will return) and the winner of that takes on Del La Hoya. MAYBE waaaaaaay off the wall but while MONEY and COTTO fight, Del La Hoya and PAC could fight and the winner of that could face winner of MONEY MAY and COTTO. I think that would be one hell of some match ups. Anyone agree or is that way off the wall?????

You left out the biggest part in the bolded statement I gave you the start up money. So without my money you wouldn't even get that **** off the ground it be nothing but a good ass idea.
Your still missing the point, yes it's OUR company, but if I'm the mastermind behind all the ideas and leg work, why the **** should I split anything 50/50 with you?

It's not being a ****, it's being a smart business man. In case you didn't notice, boxing is a BUSINESS first and foremost.

Nobody wants to see Trinidad fight anyone anymore. If you ask people who really know boxing, this is a great opportunity and FAVOR that DLH is giving to Tito.

Everytime you see a fighter from LW to LHW win a fight, the first thing he says is "I want to fight DLH!". LOL......I wonder why??

I disagree with the statement that nobody wants to see Tito fight...maybe the Mexicans don't but you forget he has millions of fans in PR and the US. That being said, DLH is the promoter and the mastermind and he can take 60-40 if he wants to. That also being said, I highly doubt the fight takes place.

                  so if its business than:
                  1. Tito has the win over him
                  2. Tito has more title fights
                  3. Tito has more defenses
                  4. has ko's in every weight calss he's been in(except da catch weight with jones)
                  5. has fought better fighters than oscar(Jones, Wright)...

& they want 2 fight oscar cuz he is a easy fight & is a promoter & they can make money off him being that Tito has been retired...

                    Bottom Line

Trinidad was once a great fighter- NOT ANYMORE. Papa Trinidad is crazy in what he's asking for in the negotiations. Trinidad should retire as De La Hoya should retire- They have done enough for the sport of boxing over the years. It's time to pass the baton.
