Hahaha, you're cracking on Pavliks resume when it wipes the floor with calslappy's. You just made yourself look bad with that response, I don't even need to attack you for that because you attacked yourself with that.

Roy Jones will silence critics once and for all against Calzaghe.

Everyone thinks Roy Jones is shot. Almost everyone. He did something no one has ever done moved up to win the Heavyweight Title then moved back down to challenge the TOP light heavyweight. We dont understand because we havent done it. Only Roy can say Roy is shot. If what he says is true (that he needed time to restore his soul) then what? Then Calzaghe is facing a man.. a great champion with something to prove. Something to fight for. Redemption and Respect. Is Roy Jones a shot fighter? We dont know but Calzaghe should hope for as much. I dont think anyone including Joe himself believes he can beat Jones otherwise. If he's not and what Jones says is true then the world may witness redemption. Redemption will be when Roy Jones the greatest boxer of our time silences all the critics bye destroying an artificial created so called great champion.

I'm buying the fight due the name on the other end! I still marvel at the things the old legend can do! as far as Fazaghe, w or l he will be 4gotten shortly after retiement so i cant blame him for milking his overhyped career til the end. RJJ by 9th rd TKO without the turnbuckle. I got a 1K for any takers. PM me for wagers suckers!

Losing the first 4 rounds to tiny ass trinidad proves he is shot or either ******, he got out boxed in the first 4 rounds. No one gives up 4 rounds unless they're struggling. Get off roys balls, he is shot that or incredibly overrated if Trinidad can make him look bad

A good fighter who was protected almost his entire career, hell did you know how much work kessler had to do to force that fight to happen? JC wanted no part of Kessler because of the risk, JC is a protected wales fighter.

Are you insane? Chris Eubank was better than either Taylor or Miranda, as probably was Robin Reid. That's before we even get to Mikkel Kessler and Bernard Hopkins. I know you will now tell me that Taylor is better than that Hopkins, and since he beat him twice I believe you have an argument, but do you think any version Hopkins would get KO'd by Kelly? I don't.

The triangle theory is worthless in these arguments to be fair.

I don't blame Joe for fighting Roy instead of Kelly. It would be a career high payday for Joe, enough money to secure the future for his family and a few generations of Calzaghe's. plus the fight on paper with Roy is low risk(which i don't think it is IMO)

Joe has a right to a big payday, then stick his neck out and outclass Kelly Pavlik.

Roy Jones is the tougher fight IMO. Mark my works and bookmark it. Roy is capable of beating Joe.

Spot on. Anyone who doesn't think Jones is the bigger payday is an idiot. And Jones is a far more dangerous opponent than Pavlik - you wouldn't find a more tailor made opponent this side of Lacy.

As for Calzaghe, anyone with any knowledge knows he's been playing this "last fight" **** for years. If Arum comes up with the cash he'll fight Pavlik early next year. Is Arum ****** enough to ruin his cash cow though? I doubt it.
