        It's all talk, Floyd doesn't need Cotto money wise but fighting him would do more than wonders for his legacy. The fight will happen don't worry.

            I know that and they tend to be less active too.

            For example Oscar picked his oppenets, Hagler was fighting 2 or even one fight per year after he got the belts.
