What do you have to say about this pesticid?

This is why Zag - Kessler was so good for the sport.
    Think of it another way:

You get to see Oscar Delahoya fight Felix Trinidad from the comfort of your living room for $50.

I was lucky enough to be able to attend that fight. But there were many others that I WANTED to attend but could not. Example: DLH-FMJ.

But I got to watch them for a low price. To me, that is almost as inclusive. Big fights are being made, and I get to watch them for cheap. Thanks, in part, to the casinos.

Ok, here's a quote from Arum:

ROBERT MORALES: Hey, Bob, what makes you say ?we all know all the fighters you’ve been involved in, all the fighters you’ve seen, what makes you say that Floyd is the best fighter you’ve seen in 40 years other than the young Muhammad Ali?

BOB ARUM: Well, you know, there are a number of aspects that make a great fighter. One is speed. His speed is phenomenal. The way he throws punches, phenomenal. The way he is conditioned, phenomenal. I mean, he’s the entire whole package. And beside all of those skills, he is the ?again, put Ali aside ?and I was just those couple of years with Ali were, I mean, maybe because my eyes were younger then, but put Ali aside, other than Ali, he’s the most intelligent fighter that I have ever seen. I mean, Floyd, this is no bull****; Floyd can see a punch coming before the other guy knows he’s going to throw it. Do you understand that? I mean, I have never seen such ring intelligence that Floyd demonstrates.

And so he’s the whole package, and you know, Ray Leonard was a great fighter, Marvin Hagler was a great fighter, Duran certainly was great, Oscar had a couple of years where he was very good, but there’s nobody that is a whole package like Floyd.

Are you blindly accepting that quote from Arum as well? Nahmean?

        Teca,

Think about it. Arum SAYS one thing...but DOES another.
He says that he wants to put fights in the communities. Oh. OK. Fine. Sounds great.

Then put the big Pacquiao-Mexican fights in Southern calif...right? Tons of Flips and Mexicans there. But where does he ACTUALLY put it? Vegas.

He only did that with the lower-tier fights that HBO PPV turned down. It's spin.

That's like when an aging actress says "I've been looking for smaller, more meaningful roles". No, *****. Nobody is offering you the blockbuster movies anymore.

You really are desperate. He said that when he was promoting Mayweather....

          Another desperate attempt from DIOS.

Anyone that watched that fight & wasn't impressed with both WARRIORS is a F-in Hater! Let's put all the geographical & ethnical biasedness aside; Calzaghe showed me something, He is a TRUE champ! He could have easily attempted to box & stay on the outside or even "run" after eating those monster uppercuts & other hard shots he was taking, but he didn't. He continued to take risks even in the later rounds when he knew he was ahead on the cards just to put on a show. Kessler also showed GREAT promise & potential; & took his loss like a "G" with class, grace, & humbleness!
Mr. Dios b-4 u **** on Calzaghe & say he slaps w/ his punches, has never left the comfort of his backyard, avoided the best oppostion, & hasn't moved up in weight like Mr. p4p let's just give him the credit he deserves for (clearly) besting a young, strong, undefeated, prime fighter like Kessler!
My question to you Dios is who can beat Calzaghe (excluding Chad Dawson) at 168 or 175?

              Hey Azteca,

I totally agree with you. Look at the fans in Australia and UK and imagine if they had as many quality fighters as there are in the US. Just like in Rome, the mob or the poor consisted the audience for the Gladiators, that's how it is for boxing too. Boxing is a sport for the poor and with the middleweight class shrinking there is the few rich that don't really give much of a damn about boxing, I'll call those the Casino highrollers and you have the poor who when treated right will pay to watch their fighters, cause they can relate the most to them.

Exactly which is why nobody should take anything Bob Arum says too serious. He'll say anything about you as long as you're signature is on one of his contracts and you belong to him.

Oh... so let me get what you are saying here. We should NOT blindly accept what Arum says??

                  Oh OK. Gotcha.
