Hatton is not a guy who has ever really indulged in trash talking. He does genuinely appear to be a normal guy with a few more manners than a loudmouthed, little prick like Mayweather. The most exciting thing about Floyd is the hype - the product in the ring should be patented by GlaxoSmithKline as a sleep medicine.
And what the **** is wrong with Hatton openly saying he'll only fight Floyd when he (Hatton) is ready? Sounds like commonsense to me. Granted, despite being boring, Floyd is an efficient fighter and as much as I love the guy, I'd be reluctant to put money on Hatton winning, but you can be sure that Hatton will give 101% and will be a hell of a dangerous opponent for Floyd - much more dangerous than Oscar.
Hatton clearly wants the Floyd fight. The only barrier to that fight will be Floyd himself - Floyd is the only one with strings attached.
What kind of **** talk is this?
He has been saying he wants floyd for two years, and yet has turned the fight down?
What does that tell you?
Enjoy the view from your council house and forget about boxing mate, u aint got a clue.
How can you say floyd is the one stopping the fight from happening, when Hatton admitted he turned the fight down?

I dedicate this to those with short memory, here something i made a while back.
Ricky has clearly been saying one thing, and doing another like him or not, facts are facts.

Ricky wants two more fights before saying he wants Floyd at 147, Roger Mayweather says Floyd wants Hatton.
Hatton lies out of his ass by saying he would love to fight Junior Witter, He later went on to say he would never fight him. lol
Lmao, in this interview he says he wants to fight Mayweather, but he's moving back down to 140 as he 'doesnt want to chase mayweather's shadows'.
Lmao, he also says he thinks he could be fighting Mayweather in fights 2 and 3 of his HBO deal.
Hatton says he 'isn't aware' priced himself out of a fight with Mayweather because his next two HBO fights are done deals. lol
Hatton says he never intended to fight mayweather in his 3 fight deal with HBO because of problems outside the ring, he says he willing to go back up to 147 to fight Mayweather (knowing Floyd is moving up 154) lol.
Hatton now says he never intended to fight Floyd at all, saying 'it would be foolish to fight Mayweather in his 1st fight in America

I think Hatton would jump at the chance, to be the first person to shut the little bastard up would be something you could'nt pass up, if he though he could'nt win then he should'nt be in boxing, whether he can or not we'll never know if it does'nt happen.

TS, you need to start reading your links properly.
Hatton said PBF could possibly be the 3rd fight in the deal. It looks like it's coming 1 fight after that. Big deal.
It was 2 years since he said he wanted Witter. He's moved on to bigger and better things and Witter still hasn't done **** to generate any interest in the fight.
Did you seriously think Floyd going to 154lb was ever more than a one-off? If not, what's so funny about Hatton saying he's willing to go to 147 for Floyd?
How about you change your tune and talk about Mayweather's constant flip-flopping about fighting in the UK. This fight would have happened in 2005 if Floyd had backed up what he said.

It PROVES that Hatton says one thing and does another, FACT.
About the UK, we been here a million times, Ray Hatton himself admitted the fight would never happen in the UK,
Mayweather has made it clear he doesnt trust the refs over here, Paulie M said exactly the same thing, many feel the brit ref let hatton get away with murder against tsysu with his holding and headbutting techniques lol, they dont wanna have to deal with that.
I dont hate hatton, facts are facts,
1) He turned down a fight with mayweather
2) He has been saying he wants mayweather next for two years
3) He said he would love to fight witter.
Why is it some Hatton fans cant accept this, there is always some excuse, or some mitigating circumstances behind him turning down mayweather, not an ounce of logic from some of these people.
How can we be sure he wants the fight, when he said the same thing before and turned it down?
By the way, i think you need to read the links, one min he said he might fight mayweather as part of his 3 fight deal, next min he says he never intended to fight him at all as part of that deal. In any normal case, thats called not telling the truth.
