IMO, jones jr was always 2nd best to mayweather. mayweather's game is all about technical proficiency while roy's was just speed.
if mayweather lost a step, he'd still be just as good because of everything else he can do, roy was just fast as hell.

Victor Conte plead guilty and served jail time for distributing steroids. BALCO did not have any "legitimate" supplements. All of the athletes from BALCO in the other sports have been 'outed': Barry Bonds, Jason Giambi, Gary Sheffield, Tim Montgomery, Bill Romanowski, Kelli White, etc.
So, what were Shane Mosley and Roy Jones buying from BALCO?Originally posted by DIOS DOMINICANO View PostDude,
You are very naive. Very.
The most common excuse among guys who test positive is the "tainted supplement" defense.
Roy's testosterone level was several TIMES higher than it should have been. Traces of andro in a Ripped Fuel supplement do not elevate your testosterone that much.
Jacob Hall said this, "Through his attorney, Jones admitted he had been taking an over-the-counter product called Ripped Fuel. That's not illegal but it is an anabolic steroid according to the IBF and other other sanctioning bodies. "-//www.*************.net/news/stories/61774588.php
Bottomline is theres no definite answer if Roy Jones Jr. juiced on purpose or if he had been juicing his whole career. Its all what you want to believe...I don't know the answer. So I'm not saying your wrong necessarily, I'm just presenting the facts that I know about the situation.Last edited by Truth; 07-05-2007, 10:50 AM.

Andro is not a steroid, it's a natural chemical found in the body that produces testosterone. We all have it in our bodys.
Ripped Fuel is a thermogenic...worlds apart.
See above...
• "Roy Jones Jr. and Richard Hall both tested positive for the testosterone precursor androstenedione after Jones defeated Hall to retain his undisputed world light heavyweight championship in Indianapolis in 2000. Jones insisted his test was the result of ingesting the supplement Ripped Fuel. "
