as well as there p4p status, father releationship and problem faced in and out of the ring.

you know if the artcile was about Hopkins then i would agree more because Floyd has something against Hopkins when Roy interviewed him saying he got the p4p stautes because of beating someone who is smaller than him

That's like saying "Norris made Sugar ray Leonard look bad even though Ray was older".

The reality is that TTN couldn't carry Ray's jock in SRL's prime.
Hatton couldn't carry Castillo's jock in JLC's prime.
And Johnson couldn't carry Roy's jock in RJJ's prime

I can't believe you guys have been arguing about this "quote" as much as you have. There is no source and probably no truth to this whatsoever. This is just another bull**** thread started to start an argument that involves PBF. Too many people here seem to be obsessed with making him look as ****ty as possible. Its sad really. When has Floyd EVER said anything bad about RJJ? When he's been asked in the past if he's better than RJJ he smiles and says "of course why would you even ask". It seems to me like an inside joke between the two.

Whether the quote is actual or not is moot at this point. The discussion has morphed into a legitimate comparison b/w FMJ and his P4P predecessor, RJJ.

Additionally - and it must be said - you have to wonder what effect going off the steroids had on Roy Jones.
Watch RJj in the am's and his 1st pro fights. No one is BORN a athlete. Hard work gets you there...e.g.: training every day since a child foir years and years. He had no childhood and this is the benefit. He has and learnt all the same skills...just he was blessed w/die hard passion that enabled him to be athletic and do things alot of people call mistakes.

I've said this before...when you master something you have the ability to bring it to other levels and do things that some would call mistakes...but for you arent cuz your the virtuoso.

What effects? He did Ripped Fuel man...its like a strong expresso. Whats he gonna be effected by? No sleep? Gaha...lol.
