The strongest guy in a boxing match is the one who can push the other around. What they lift at the gym, how big each guys muscles are etc. means nothing. all that matters is who has the physical capability to move the other in the clinches when both are trying.
Foreman was known for being super strong because the way he moved guys in the clinches. That's not mentality, that's Foreman being blessed with dense muscles and strong tendons and ligaments which enabled him to move guys his size around with ease because they lacked his anatomical gifts.
