I'm confused by this response because the answer you are looking for is in the post you are quoting.

      Q.Why did Holyfield,Moorer,Byrd,Adamek,Moore,Usyk,Haye.Jones Jnr ,M Spinks,

all decide to add weight to take on the heavyweights?

I already did but now we're going to pretend like Wlad and Ruiz are more similar than Wlad and Valuev because we have a logical fallacy to hang our hat on for a moment and then the second it's gone rather than ever learn a lesson we're going drum up another random cherry picked "why dis den?"

Because styles make fights, including the weight preparations.

All this just to deny the fact a lighter body uses energy more efficiently, disperses heat more efficiently, and supplies oxygen to muscles more efficiently... I. E. better stamina

I would have thought by now you'd've at least cracked a medical or endurance athlete article or some such. Hell, you probably did. You probably know it's true, it's damn true, and no anecdotal evidence about any one boxer will ever make it untrue.

This fool acting like he never heard of a VO2 Max

So busy are we denying science I can't even get to the part were going down in size no longer gets you any stam advantages or where going up in size no longer gets you any kind of KO advantage. If you struggle to believe a smaller body is a more efficient body boy howdy is biology going to be a real mind **** for you son.

Because they didn't? Or at least if you're going to be so hardline as to deny when they didn't then I can be equally obtuse and deny that they did. Likewise, it's still a nonpoint that does little but make you feel better about how ungodly wrong you are.

Usyk went from199lbs to 221when he challenged AJ for the heavyweight title .A 22lbs weight gain.

Byrd went from170lbs to 211lbs when he challenged for the heavyweight title.A 41lbs weight gain.

Spinks went from 175lbs to 200lbs when he challenged for the heavyweight title.A 25lbs weight gain.

Moorer went from175lbs to 217lbs when he challenged for the heavyweight title.A 42lbs weight gain.

Adamek went from175lbs to216lbs when he challenged for the heavyweight title.A 41lbs weight gain,

Holyfield went from187lbs to 217lbs when he challenged for the heavyweight title.A 30lbs weight gain.

Moore went from175lbs to188lbs when he challenged for the heavyweight title.A 13lbs weigh gain.

Jones Jnr went from 174lbs to193lbs when he challenged for the heavyweight title.A19lbs weight gain.

There is no argument that all this happened.
In every single case quoted, the lighter man added significant weight to challenge for the heavyweight title.
Nor is there any denying that nobody has answered why.

The personal insults from you have started ,as I predicted they would.

News Flash. You continually saying you are smarter than others does not make that a fact,it's just your unsupported opinion. BYE!

Because his fights were filmed in black and white I am totally convinced that Jimmy Wilde would KO Lennox Lewis with three rpunds.

You mean like how I didn't have a hard time at all finding you instances when men lost weight to fight heavier opponents?

No one's denying men gain weight to limit size disparity. You are denying the fact that men lose weight for stamina. That's all.

Tried to tell you in a ton of threads proving men gain weight for obvious reasons doesn't disprove men losing weight for any reason. Seems you can't grasp this concept.

I didn't say I was smarter than you or anyone else. You feel that way based on juxtaposition alone. There's nothing I can do about that.
