I thought it was previously settled on here that Marciano was actually not behind on the scorecards at the time he stopped Walcott. Maybe I misread something.

This article says Marciano was ahead 7-5 on two of the scorecards.
But this article immediately following it says Walcott was ahead on all three judges' scorecards.

Also the first article has Marciano's weight at 194 1/2 when one can find numerous 'Tale of the Tape' promos that have him around 185 to 187.
I din t know why the first article is full of so much misinformation but that's always the danger of pointing to one source and believing you found the answer.
