No. Liston before the drugs was an atg tier heavyweight. Hes pretty much better in every category besides height. Liston was so strong, long reach, superb boxing skills, iron chinned and very heavy handed. Theres probably a decent argument than prime for prime only Clay coulda beat him, with his combination of confidence / psychology and boxing talent. And even this fight, prime for prime may have been tough.
