    Legacy not important says "Money"

First I agree with Mayweather a fighter should grab it were he can. The best fight is always the easiest fight for the best money. Anything else is just plain ******.

But TBE has made it clear that he will not return to competive fighting but will continue YouTube exhibitions . . . so the question is: If PAC gets by Spence and offers Floyd a fight and Floyd refuses . . .

    1. will it diminish his legacy?

    2. is it a 'duck'?

I personally think he waited to long to fight Pack the first time. But at this point he is retired from professional boxing per day, do I wouldn't call it a duck. Jmo.

If we set aside the never ending argument about who was responsible for making that fight so late, we can definitely point to Floyd as the reason for no rematch. The guy who claims he only wants 9-figure fights has ducked two potential rematches for 9-figures each; Pacquiao and Canelo.

Since Pacquiao got his second wind and has comeback strong, Floyd has steered clear. He was able to secure his win over a green and very young Canelo, and like a thief in the night would not return for a rematch.

        - -Lost a lot of legacy fans lost, as yet uncounted thousands whom he guided into his new ******** den with guaranteed wagers of "all their $$$" on a knockdown and then knockout by the 5th round.

He never close to either, so now the stuffy lineal thinkers who are unable to see more than fore and aft dimensions who predicted Son of Senior would toy with Logan before the dispatch have worse than egg on their mugs. They've been exposed as intellectually inadequate with no Viagra antidote to save them from their impotence.

As much as I would want to see Manny over Spence, the new Spence style guarantees elite boxing for protection of his new implanted teefs, and with his size, length, and youth, I just don't see Manny bridging that gap. Overall Son of Senior will be seen as a major ducker of Manny when they were in their primes, and after their misbegotten farce as well as a drug cheat. We'll see how long he hangs on to his fortune.

Obviously Pacquiao robbed us of that fight when both were closest to prime, just because of a little drug testing.

Floyd is 44 now and has been inactive too long. Any performance by him at this point is a far cry from him at his best, it would have no bearing on his legacy.

If he wants to pick up easy money by doing exhibitions then that's exactly what he should do. Although based on his comments after the fight he might not even do exhibitions any more either.

In his interview he pointed to his trunks and sneered ( that seems to have been his tone) 'I have thirty million in patches, my kids can't eat legacy.' (That's two different quotes mixed by me.)

If he can make that kind of money off the Internet, all I feel is jealous. I set a high bar for the word duck, I think it is over used.

But I suspect these freak-fights will burn out quickly with the YouTube generation. I think he gets one, maybe two more of these and then he gets reduced to ham and egg money. Hope he doesn't need it then.

Funny but I have now heard two different ******** stories, yours and someone on NSB claiming that he used surrogate betters to bet big on Logan Paul going the distance and then carried him for eight.

If it turns out to be true, that he pulled off a 'cross fight' I may start likening this guy.

Put him in with the old timers. Dempsey use to hack out an early living taking out bullies in bars; I kinda like that he is exposing these YouTube big mouths.

But would still rather see a PAC-TBE go instead.

Both are in their early 40s and both have stayed in good shape. It wouldn't be a fight if the century but I think they would be well matched.

Agree, PAC doesn't get by Spence; likely a UD and if PAC isn't ready then he goes out on his stool; RTD inside of eight.

But I will be pulling for him. I might even buy it, maybe.

Too bad Floyd already admitted he prolonged it for five years and made it a bigger fight, remember, he deserves credit for being smart. His words, not mine.

Yeah, once Pacquiao ducked the first time Floyd eventually said screw it.

Hahaha, sure, tell yourself whatever helps you get through the day. That Floyd loss last night is still hurting. Time heals all wounds.

Telling yourself whatever helps get you through the day is how YOU operate.

Freddie Roach has admitted that they were to blame for the first negotiation falling through.

I don't stress about exhibition fights. Yesterday had no bearing on Floyd's legacy and it certainly doesn't magically catapult Pacquiao above him in the historical rankings.
