I don't stress about exhibition fights. Yesterday had no bearing on Floyd's legacy and it certainly doesn't magically catapult Pacquiao above him in the historical rankings.

Cheer up, you can do all your shyt talking on August 21st when Manny loses to the #1 WW, not some 0-1 Youtuber.

      - -Luv boxing expert narrative. First the poor homeless dear would toy with Logan before knocking him out, and now he carried Logan in the movable goal posts of boxing expert world...

If he can make that kind of money off the Internet, all I feel is jealous. I set a high bar for the word duck, I think it is over used.

But I suspect these freak-fights will burn out quickly with the YouTube generation. I think he gets one, maybe two more of these and then he gets reduced to ham and egg money. Hope he doesn't need it then.

or eFunny but I have now heard two different ******** stories, yours and someone on NSB claiming that he used surrogate betters to bet big on Logan Paul going the distance and then carried him fight.

If it turns out to be true, that he pulled off a 'cross fight' I may start likening this guy.

Put him in with the old timers. Dempsey use to hack out an early living taking out bullies in bars; I kinda like that he is exposing these YouTube big mouths.

But would still rather see a PAC-TBE go instead.

Both are in their early 40s and both have stayed in good shape. It wouldn't be a fight if the century but I think they would be well matched.

Agree, PAC doesn't get by Spence; likely a UD and if PAC isn't ready then he goes out on his stool; RTD inside of eight.

But I will be pulling for him. I might even buy it, maybe.
I believe this is not only possible, but probable.

Well we've known for years Floyd doesn't care about legacy. Good to see him finally admitting it. If true though, he has no business calling himself "the best ever."

He has a point. There are a lot of guys who have legacy and are dead broke.

                - -Looking at the overall Mayweather men IQs that would include Son of Senior, intellectually we're talkin' the lower end of the gene pool. Had he not Arum to feather his career and bail him out of jail and his legal scraps while feathering his career, he'd never have had any value for Oscar to pick up.

Schaefer and Haymon big financiers used him to gut Golden Boy in the days of Oscar's days of nose candy & pantyhose, so when he went full in with Uncle Al, a never seen vampire living out of his coffin in Howard Hughes underground bunker, he proved to be a useful tool to fill the vacuum of Mike Tyson's retirement for the hip hop boys to rally round. Keep in mind in spite of being a self proclaimed billionaire never working for slave masters Oscar and HBO again in a mucous stained public breakdown retirement, shortly thereafter he came crawling back to Oscar and HBO needing Marquez and Mosley fights for the IRS to seize for backtaxes. Don't think for a moment all the financial sharks in the US didn't jump at every opportunity to divert his earnings into their ponzi schemes.

Nobody knows how he ends up, but with his daughter charged with blatant murder and his baby mama mysteriously dying at home in her auto pending some sort of lawsuit against him and his propensity for keeping millions of cash stashed in garbage bags around his mansions, well, he's ripe for the picking sad to say. Haven't heard a peep out of his son who seems to have abandoned his wannabe boxing career, so maybe he can find stable ground.

Well you made me go and read about his daughter, 'wife' and family.

                  First problem I encountered I couldn't pronounce anybody's name.

Not murder she just cut her a bit; after all the girl pulled her hair. Beside I thought knife fights were OK in Texas.

I was bemused that the 'wife' sued for defamation of character when he called her a drug abuser. If she collected the 20 millions she was after, shouldn't her estate have to give some of the money back?

Yea it all sounds very dysfunctional and you have to wonder: the numbers have been so big is it even possible for him to blow it all? We'll see.

A side note - when Big Daddy Bowe kidnapped his own wife and kids, the resulting divorce court needed to asess Bowe's total assets. I was expecting to hear the classic sad story.

It turned out the very disfunctional and emtionally broken Bowe was worth 90 million. Someone was watching out for him. I doubt it was his manager ( whose name I forget and not worth looking up).

                    - -The infinite Rock Newman who crawled out from under a rock to flimflam Big Dummy into a $100M HBO contract, so yeah, Bowe was briefly flush before it mysteriously flushed away, suing Rock for financial liability to no avail. No tracks left to uncover the swindle.

My bad, so Son of Senior's daughter charged with attempted murder? No matter, I'm sure Haymon paid off relevant authorities and any jury as he did for Son of Senior.

But that's because they didn't save their money or plan ahead. Guys like Larry Holmes and Rocky Marciano had pretty good legacies and saved plenty. Ditto fort Ali, he wasn't hurting for money after retirement.
