His respiratory rate was normal. A person can experience shortness of breath without their breathing rate being affected.

Dyspnea means . It can occur with a high, normal, or low respiratory rate.

Abnormal breathing sounds means abnormal breathing sounds.

His respiratory rate was normal. The damn doctor told you that. Do you need me to post the video of the doctor saying this and telling the jury that they can count it out for themselves? You need to accept when you are wrong and move along. No one wants to keep telling you the same thing over and over.

I've already answered you. He likely had a panic attack and felt shortness of breath. That does not mean his respiratory rate wasn't normal, as I've posted to your dumbo tag team partner multiple times already.

The foaming at the mouth was foaming at the mouth. Maybe it was caused by drugs, maybe it wasn't, but foaming at the mouth in and of itself does not mean that a person is OD-ing. He did not show signs of OD-ing. A doctor told you that and I've posted a video that shows what a person OD-ing on fentanyl looks like.

The doctor invited the Jury to count it out for themselves. You are not a doctor clearly. You've gotten just about everything wrong that you've stated here. Pretty sure anyone with a brain would listen to that doctor over you.
