bruh, just stop it!! YES, all crimes should be treated the same. small or big, UNTIL you cleared the individual!!! I am not saying to just go up to a random person and use excessive force and beat the crap out of the guy for doing nothing!! I am saying, IF YOU committed a crime, small or big, then the cops should put you in cuffs, put you in the back of the patrol car, until the cop can clear you of the situation, meaning running your info to see if you have any warrants, etc.
