them guys just get everything from BBC news. i watched that the other day when i visited family and couldnt believe what i was watching, you would have thought a new version of the plague was in the country, they dont even talk about deaths now just about 'cases', and the worst part was when they had an interviewer going round asking people about vaccine mandates, no follow up questions with anyone apart from the one person who said it made her feel uneasy and she then jumped down her throat lmao. its been constant hysteria for a good 2 years, if you look around and do own research you see that things were never as bad as painted out, even during the peak the hospitals werent even close to being 'overwhelmed' (i posted the hard stats which then got dismissed), which they have repeated like a buddhist mantra for the last 2 years 'protect the nhs' 'the nhs is on its knees' 'the nhs is on the point of collapse'. how can something be on point of collapse for 2 years lol. and if it is on point of collapse dont make your workforce isolate when they have no symptoms just cause a ****ty test says they have covid.

Omicron while weaker is still putting many in hospital. It's well established that protection of the vaccines weakens over time, so yes vaccines will be needed if Omicron is still around at the end of the year. C'mon man, think a little.

The fact it’s weaker is pretty much irrelevant to vaccine efficacy if the structure of the virus isn’t what the vaccine is targeting. i.e large number of mutations to the spike protein.

The fact you fail to grasp this shows your clear lack of understanding.

Mutations and vaccine efficacy were discussed before the vaccine had been approved. It was common knowledge that future variants might evade the immune response.

Luckily the vaccines have been strong at preventing deaths which is why were aren't seeing the 1000+ daily deaths as we did with the first two waves.

A federal judge in Texas on Thursday ordered the Food and Drug Administration to make public the data it relied on to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, imposing a dramatically accelerated schedule that should result in the release of all information within about eight months.

That’s roughly 75 years and four months faster than the FDA said it could take to complete a Freedom of Information Act request by a group of doctors and scientists seeking an estimated 450,000 pages of material about the vaccine.

The court “concludes that this FOIA request is of paramount public importance,” wrote U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman in Fort Worth, who was appointed to the bench by former President Donald Trump in 2019.

The FDA didn’t dispute it had an obligation to make the information public but argued that its short-staffed FOIA office only had the bandwidth to review and release 500 pages a month.

While Pittman recognized “the ‘unduly burdensome’ challenges that this FOIA request may present to the FDA,” in his , he resoundingly rejected the agency’s suggested schedule.

In the US, Dr. Paul Marik and Dr. Pierre Kory held a “” discussion at their Front Line Covid Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) on Dec. 29. During the hour and 34 minute presentation and discussion, they talked about how unreliable the data in the US has been regarding COVID-19 and the pandemic.

“You have to look at the ‘all cause mortality’,” said Marik. Both he and Kory noted that the Pfizer data showed higher mortality among the vaccinated than the unvaccinated. “What’s astonishing, in the you were more likely to die if you were vaccinated than if you were unvaccinated,” Marik said. They also mentioned similar data from the U.K.
