[Real Talk] Wilder is the worst thing to happen to the heavyweight division in years

The guy is a complete hypejob.

Yes he has a huge punch but that's it. He runs his mouth like Ali and then goes life and death with a nearly 50 year old man.

He demands the true champ AJ split the purse when wilder can barely draw 5k fans in his home state.

He's the worst thing to happen to the hws since John Ruiz had a strap and pretended that he was a champion when everyone and Ruiz' mother knew Lennox was undisputed.

I don't often hope a fighter gets ko'd multiple times but wilder needs to go away.

Wilders the most popular American HW in years and continues to bring eyes to the sport

He has nuclear power and likes to talk sh.it which makes him a polarizing fighter making some boxing fans like him and others hate him

A HW that can crack and draws people into the sport and polarizes the boxing fan base isn’t a bad thing no matter how much you don’t like him

        Stop acting like a f.aggot

Lmfao @ the clowns saying wilder draws.

He can barely fill a 5k seat house show in Alabama.

What are his ppv numbers again?

Yup. He talks and carries himself as if he's the greatest thing since sliced bread. No! He's not. The belt has taken over his head like the ring in that one movie with Hobbits on a mission

So I guess your going to ignore that he has the 2nd largest gate at the Barclays

And in the past 3 years has the top 2 most watched fights on showtime and when he’s on Fox his fights are the top 3 most watched fights for that year

By your argument the only who is worth a damn is Canelo because he can sell PPVs

Even AJ who does crazy #s in the Uk when you factor in the price of the PPV and exchange rate he brings in the equivalent of around 250-450K US PPV that’s not exactly earth shattering

Again stop acting like a f.aggot because you don’t like him

AJ pulled in 1.5 million buys in the U.K.

Along with that nearly 700k views on showtime FOR AN AFTERNOON FIGHT!!! Wow

Then he also got 10 million views in Germany which is the highest ever for a heavyweight fight.

Sure wilder getting 1 million free views on showtime is impressive but then again john ****ing Ruiz pulled in 600k ppv buys back in 2002.

Wilder is vastly unproven as a ppv star and he's demanding things from AJ who is the biggest name in the hw division

This is not hate chulo this is the truth

John Ruiz never did 600K on PPV. and if you're referring to his fight with Jones then that was 525K and all generated by Roy Jones moving up in weight.
