    The WBO proves their idiocy

So the WBO just bumped Moses Itauma to its number one contender. Itauma is a rising star in the division. But number one after WBO champions Usyk and Parker? How did he get ahead of hrgovic, Zhang, Joshua or even Chisora who have all not only been exposed to top 10 competion but beaten it? Just more proof the ABCorgs are a cancer.

I totally agree, Itauma is a promising youngster, who lives 20 minutes from me he doesn't belong on any list of top 40 heavyweights yet.
He wouldn't even be favourite to beat the UK's current champion Fabio Wardley.
He needs another 10 fights against gradually better opponents, that can take him some rounds, knocking over sausages and old men like Wach 45, and Balogun 41 won't equip him for facing the iron of the division. He's had 10 fights ,and is only 20, it would be silly to rush him. Fights with the likes of Nathan Gorman, and Fraser Clark are more realistic at the moment.

The four corrupt sanctioning bodies along with greedy promoters and networks have ruined this sport.

Nah, he doesn`t need another 10 fights.

        If I was team Itauma:

        1. Wallin
        2. Franklin
        3. Zhang, Hrgovic or Bakole

Warren Boxing Organisation. They're obviously going to match Itauma with Parker once he receives his email belt.

They will rush him - and ruin him.

If his managment really want to see him live up to his vast potential he should have at least ten more fights and challenge for the title in around two years.

But the chances of that are Slim and None and Slim just left town.

The sanctioning bodies are a pernicious cancer that ruins the sport.

I mean four 'world' champions at one weight?

                FFS.

Right now I would settle for two.

He is a small hw. Speed is his advantage, when he loses it, he will be an easy target. He will probably peak by the age of 25.

I believe he is more than ready for guys like Franklin, Wallin, Chisora, Joyce.

He needs rounds, he will not learn from 1 round KO wins.

I think he is a great prospect. He may have beaten a bum the other night but he still won in style. Not many fighters win in style these days.
