Hell the little F^^ker is almost 30! Just out of HS I remember being on a carrier baby sitting the Gulf of Arden, The Persian Gulf, The Arabian Sea and The Indian Ocean for months on end. Only being able to leave when we were relieved by another carrier.
OAC comes along we are going green to save the earth?
Tell you what, if they could get rid of oil, they are going to tax the hell out of green energy.
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
Go out and work MFers. Pay what you owe.
You want the government to pay off your student dept? Join the military.

College or university used to be completely free here in Aus but what happened was people would keep changing their mind and just doing course after course.
So now you pay like 25% of it but the Gov loans you that with interest linked to inflation and you only pay that back when you earn a certain amount and you can only get funding if you keep getting higher qualifications or you go into a field that needs people badly if you already have that level.
Something like that could work. so instead of just cancelling it you make it based on income and cover some of it.
They need to link courses with jobs though across the board. You cant keep offering Arts degree that lead to no jobs and expect the Gov to cover it.
