        Installed a new filter , pool is looking good and ready for the summer .

          I hope to install a pool this summer. It took much time to choose a type, size, manufacturer, service, etc. I'm glad that I came across and made the choice. Of course, it is not cheap, but I'm sure it is worth it.

            Beautiful pools guys!! Nice jobs done. Just want to warn people, as a former Real Estate Appraiser... Pools do not generally increase value much, if at all. They also are a tremendous liability, insurance, upkeep, etc. If you do one? Make sure it is because you want one!

            I do think a well done project might give you a little more value, depending on what others in the hood do...

            You could put one in yourself if you are handy... Not an easy project though.
