Chief second, I am humbled, I forgot to tell you that. 2nd, I have a prayer request brethren, my hernia mesh that they stitched me with is starting to pain. Have a wonderful Sunday, hoping you can watch a virtual service!

There once was a bishop preaching out of the local hotel. His little assistant made a good poimt: spiritual is the faith in Jesus, religion is the mass of customs. To be followed, service brings your faith alive! Instead of just hogging your bible, or showing up as a Fairweather so and so. It's like sparring, you can't just do that alone, you need to hit.the heavy bag too.

He is our Jesus, may he be shared with everyone! Please pray for me too. I just had an urge to get this out no matter how cheezy it sounds.

I am lucky that my pastor let's me take notes, on scripture because I get to slacking on the reading sometimes. This kinda makes my day, learning new passages or verses.

Also there was a guy in that bishop's church. He was studying to become a witch doctor, but he gave it up for Jesus. His salvation lead him to praying for others. I was just a Houseman taking out the garbage and he said to me " may Jesus be with you and your mental state always!"as we rode the elevator together at the hotel. They were from the school of prophets from Saskatchewan.

Mike my brother aint nothing cheesy about your request bruh. Thats why I wanted us all to have a place to get together and support each other through prayer and fellowship. Iron sharpens iron.

I currently work directly with gastro surgeons and understand the pain/uncomfortably you are experiencing with that mesh. I feel for you bruh and I am praying for your complete healing and speedy recovery.

I appreciate your stories of others that you encounter walking their walk to get closer to Jesus. Please post whenever the spirit moves you to do so.

We have a tremendous amount of pressure on us daily as Men, and all around us are oblivious to it often times, because thats part of what we do....Protect our loved ones even from ourselves(best we can. ). However, speaking for myself; my circle is very small 5 men that I call best of friends that I have sat and broke bread with numerous times. Ya'll here are are an extension of that camaraderie I share with those gentlemen.

RipChudd is one of the most righteous dudes on this forum. I admire his restraint from engaging in hot topics. I need some of his discipline. I know without a doubt that is Satan working behind these ****** arguments, racial or otherwise but have a hard time refraining from them.

I honestly feel like I needed to read this tonight. I have had enough of just about everything going on in the world right now. This thread is a good reminder to remember what's really important and the bigger picture. Thanks Chief!

This world is so full of hatred right now. It's so hard not to get pulled in and start participating in the hatred. Everything going on right now absolutely is straight from the pits of hell. But it has also been prophesied about and must happen because it's the will of God.

No doubt this thread is going to get sidetracked and have plenty of trolls trying to derail it. That's what happens to anything good. I hope that we can keep it going. God bless everyone and remember to pray for this nation. Pray for the world. We all need it.
