5 to 52.5lbs. Goes from 2.5 lb. increments until you reach 25lbs then they go to 5 lb. increments.

You can get heavier ones, I think they go up to 100lbs.

When I saw this I decided to carry a few extra pounds just in case. In shape (11-14% body fat) I'm 190ish. Right now I'm 200-205. I think I'm too old to survive what Shultz barely survived.

Pull-ups, Bur-pees, jump rope, wind sprints, sit-ups and some mat work with a medicine ball. With the gyms closed I've tried to do a couple of circuits of some combination of these at the park before work.

One of the better early MMA guys was Marco Ruas. Back then it was so unregulated you didn't have to give your age, and he didn't. Dude looked at least mid-late 30s.

His body had little fat and yet was built up in certain areas and thus he had a very natural and very functional athletic look.

They said he never lifted a single weight, but swimming was his main exercise.

I love swimming, and plan on doing more of it this summer.

I am HIGHLY motivated. That is not going away anytime soon.

I have had to dig deep into that to keep me from eating more, to get me take a few rides, and to keep some going the distance mapped out. But that is happening less and less. I'm enjoying the workouts more as opposed to them being work, and eating less is just physically easier now. I've shrank my stomach.
Good. It's like any habit. It's hardest at first, but then becomes routine. Eventually you will start feeling guilty for skipping workouts. Long term is the key.

1bad65, good job and keep it up. Guys 30 years younger will not get off of their asses to improve themselves. Do your thing man, just be careful sparring.... pushing yourself too hard could lead to a stroke at your age.

Cut out the Coke drinking, which is hard I know, and then watch your weight drop bigly. (I just love *****)

Great job though and cong**** on your weight loss......Rockin'

I was eating ok, but doing hardly any physical activity other than work, household chores, etc.

Shortly before the Covid hit, I bought 3 new pairs of jeans. Yeah, they were the ones that stretched a little. They fit perfectly.

As Covid hit, I initially had a good stretch of work from home. I started pigging out and in two weeks I looked a bit pregnant.

                I said this was unacceptable.

I started biking around the neighborhood. Short distances at first, but within 2 months now I'm up to 3-5 mile rides, sometimes a few rides a day, some days I skip though. But I never skip two days in a row. It was work for maybe two weeks, now I look forward to it. Fyi, 3 miles is only about a 20 min ride.

I actually went back to the gym and did some sparring Saturday. I was rusty and not in great cardio shape, but it was good. I'll be back, but I cant go 3-4 days a week as I did before. I'm pretty much limited to Sats only due to work and my body being almost 50 now.

I started eating better, but I admit I'm no saint. I'll still eat crap a couple times a week, but most days dinner is some meat (no bigger than my fist in size) and steamed veggies. I eat steaks, chicken, and seafood for meat. Lunch is typically 2.5oz of tuna, with a boiled egg, onion, relish, and vinegar & oil in it. Breakfast, when I'm not working, is some bacon and eggs. When working, its often a granola bar type thing.

I still drink Coke, but cut back. I drink much tea, and I've started mixing pure juices together as well. My favorite is a mix of apple and pineapple.

                The weight has flown off.

Those jeans I bought are now about 2 inches too big at the waist. I can literally pull them up all the way to my waist while they are buttoned. They fall off me without a belt.

I bought more jeans yesterday, they were the same size (and style/cut) I wore in my mid-20s.

My only regret is I didn't take a 'before' pic of myself so I can see and show the results.

For you dudes needing to lose some weight, it's not as hard as you think, and you can see results fast if you hit both the diet and exercise together, and you don't have to be rabid about it.
                Good stuff, man!

I don't do much, but I do get in push-ups most days at least. Haha. Exercise is always good, though. Always. And it's not done enough for sure.
