      Well you can do it on a low incline, and you always touch the weights together on each rep

        True. But the function of the pecs is to bring your arms across the front of your body. Ask yourself this: how many times in the course of your daily life are you forced to lie on your back with your legs beneath your torso and have to press weight above your chest?

            That's not bad at all for little homies size.im around 6ft8 310 lbs Max bench 725 lbs considering my size I should be benching more but all you gotta do my dude is just stay consistent you'll increase more and more.do some drop sets pyramid up rep out on heavyweight
