I am 4 years older than him. My credit is exactly 3 years and 8 months longer than his. He has taken out no loans and neither have I. We both paid for our cars with cash.

I already provided links of mortgage lenders discriminating. I provided multiple links of studies from legitimate sources.

My scores were around 25 points higher than his on equifax, transunion and experian.

Well if thats the case, and you truly feel that something isn't right, then I'd suggest doing what Bostonguy suggested and that is taking this up with a lawyer or attorney general. If you truly have a case on your hand there might be some money in it for you.
