The TS is probably some ‘woke’ white ******* pretending to be black in order to further this B.S. notion of ‘systemic wacism.’

My grandparents are still alive to this very day to tell me that they were sprayed with water hoses and had police dogs sicked on them all because whites didn't want to give them equality under any circumstances. There is plenty of video on the internet to show policemen spraying black adults and black children with water hoses.
And no.... I know for a fact I was discriminated by being offered a higher interest loan. I had a white coworker who made exactly the same amount I did, but his scores were a little lower (about 25 points), we both had the same debt to income ratio and the lending company gave him a lower interest rate.
There is actually a very thorough study online that shows black people on average are discriminated by lending companies by being offered higher interest loans than non-blacks despite having virtually the same credentials.
When I say I don't know, that doesn't mean I am denying the other stuff you wrote, it could very well be true.
However, the part about being denied a good rate by a mortgage lender because of your skin color just sounds like BS. A mortgage lender doesn't give you your rate out of his own personal prejudice, the computer he types your information in does. How do I know this? Because thats what I do every time a white, black, or any other type of person needs a rate or an amount. And since its not my money, I have absolutely no reason to not approve them or give them what the bank is offering.
As for your friend, have you considered taking into account his credit history, how long he has had his credit open for, and how many prior loans he took out and paid off? The computer gives the numbers not the person behind the computer. I've known people with credit scores in the 600's get better ratess than people in the mid to high 700's simply due to the fact that they have leased with the dealerships several times before and never missed a payment.Last edited by JimRaynor; 06-22-2019, 10:21 AM.

There are protections in our laws that prohibit these kind of lending practices.
Let me ask you: have you done this? If “no” why not?

We all know this but there is no point in stating your case to these people looking for empathy. They cant empathize with those they dont view as equal.
That's why I never take the empathy route. I stay on their heads and reveal their evils to them.

I already provided links of mortgage lenders discriminating. I provided multiple links of studies from legitimate sources.
My scores were around 25 points higher than his on equifax, transunion and experian.
