Forrest is better than Mosley. That was shown both times they fought. Mosley is ranked higher AT based on his whole career and other wins.

Serena is far greater than Osaka. Osaka has beaten her 2x post pregnancy. Clearly at this age and after having a baby Serena isn't anywhere near her best.

As for Venus and Henin, they played each other multiple times at or near the peak of their careers.

The tennis community voted. I posted multiple polls and links. They have Serena ranked #1 all time. That is good enough for me. NSB's vote will differ because very few know anything about tennis.

It is a fact that when people within the tennis community were asked the same question as you asked in the thread, they concluded Serena was the better player.

Your opinion that Steffi is better is not rooted in the facts, it's rooted in her race and nationality rather than the actual tennis played. That is fine dude. Do you and be true to yourself.
