    3am that's insane. What time do you go bed?.

    Anyway I'm up at 6.25am have tea and toast, out the door for 06.50. Start work at 7.30, finish at 4.

      Here's a typical morning for me.
      4:45 am: Wake up
      4:50 am: Chug water and protein shake
      5:10 am: 30 minute power walk
      5:45 am Run or strength train
      6:45 am Yoga
      7:45 am breakfast

        Wake up - take a dump.....2-3 splashes of cold water to the face.....250 pushups, 2500 weighted jumprope jumps....shower....go to work....snack....gym (2 miles, 250 more pushups, shower)....back to work.....eat again....kick it.....go home, nap.....back to the gym (10rds on the bag, 140 reps of squats or lunges)...go home shower, eat, phone, bed.
