        Depends on if I open at work, or if I close.

        If I open.....

        Wake up at 7:30 AM. Hop in the shower and shave, let the dog out. Eat either a bowl of cereal with fruit, or a waffle and fruit. Leave by 8 AM. At work by 8:30 AM. That's legit it.

        If I close.....

        Wake up anywhere from 8 AM to 10 AM, depends on what I did the night before. Basically the same, just involves more lounging around the apartment or in bed. Also depends on what time my gf works.

          wake up whenever i want (i work nights)

          take a leak

          poor water on my face

          make smoothie consisting of mixed frozen fruits,a banana,stevia,green tea powder and milk (sometimes thats my breakfast,other times i still make a light brekfast like eggs/toast

          use the foam roller on my back if theres stiffness

          take shower and get ready

          do whatever im doing that day

          im from inglewooooood so my commute to LA isnt that bad but the 110 is always a btch

                **** I miss those days man. My days at College and Uni were pretty much CHILLING outside of exam time. Those days went like: Wake up whenever, if I get up before lesson then may go to lesson depending on the class and how serious it was for me to go, if not? Just load up some World of Warcraft, Counter-Strike and just game for about 4 hours then hang out with friends later.

                Now it's usually:

                7:20 - Wake up
                7:35 - Get out of bed
                8:30 - Shower, change into work clothing, maybe eat a bit (usually depends what was cooked last night) and get in my car for work in 15 minutes.

                The time slightly changes though, depending on where im working. It's alright at the moment because im working super close by. Usually i'm waking up around 6:50/7, out of bed for 7:15, leaving my house just after 8.

                I'm not a morning person AT ALL though, not as in im moody or anything but I just feel tired (no matter how much I sleep) and slow until about 10am, then im good.

                  Usually wake up at 7 and lay around stretching my back in bed. Get out of bed 730 take my morning piss, brush my teeth, face. Out by 8 for a run if I run around my neighborhood im usually back by 930, but I like the hills better so that usually takes an extra 30 minutes out of my morning. When I get home I usually stretch and cool down for a min before I hop in the shower. Out the shower by 1130 make some kind of simple meal and lay around watching or playing games for two hours if I don't have any errands to do. Get to work around 3 and just doze off in my office for the next hour or two. If I work in the morning I usually get up at 5 shower and eat something before I get to work around 7 or 8 depending on how motivated I feel to get to work. When I arrive at work I doze off for the next two hours in my office then I get on with my work routine. Nothing too exciting

                    I can't get over that Jose has eggs, french toast, bacon, juice and grits all while taking a massive morning dump.

                      Get up a little after 0300, brush my teeth, put on gym clothes and head to the track.

                      Gym doesn't open til 0400 and the track is right outside so i run til then.

                      0400 get a good workout in til about 0530

                      Go home and take a shower and get dressed for work and am at work by 0645, usually drink a protein shake on my way into work
