    All Time medal count....

    Summer games
    US - 2399 (976 gold)
    Soviet Union/Russia combined - 1407 (528 gold)
    Great Britain - 780 (236 gold)

    Winter games
    Norway - 329 (118 gold)
    US - 281 (96 gold)
    Austria - 218 (59 gold)

And 38 more medals overall, so hey at that rate after 10 summer olympic games, you guys will have only had 380 less medals than us. CONG**** BRO. CLOSING THE GAP.

Also, at least we win or finish in the top couple countries in the Winter Games too. You guys got like 19th at the winter games. Just saying, we're versatile.

You guys don't understand there's tiers of sports here.

      Football is king
      Then there's basketball and baseball
      Then there's hockey and golf
      Then there's tennis, mma/boxing
      Then there's stuff like soccer
I was speaking about international tournaments. Finland, Russia, Czech, etc all have good teams and players.

And regarding your idea about "tiers," football is king in North America but, you're very wrong and untraveled if you think the rest of the world cares about American football. They rather watch motorcycle racing. Haha@soccer being some nothing sport. Tell the world that.

I know its hard for you Americans to stay up to date and be relevant, but jesus christ, the late 90s? lmfao
Yo Andy Murray is like your best player ever. Now that's lmfao bro. And don't even come at me with some tennis players from the 1800's - 1930's like Perry. Open era, Andy Murray is the best you guys have had to offer. Lol

At what point did I say that? Lol read or learn how to. I said football is king HERE, soccer is lower level HERE. It's not popular among most people here, the only time you see regular coverage on it is during the world cups, so like a few weeks out of the year every couple years, that's it.

I just said there's like 6-7 sports men play here before soccer, that's why our mens national team is average. The sad thing is the Brits care about soccer, it's one of their biggest sports and they are still mediocre, but since it's more popular there, I'm sure they produce more professionals on the highest level than we do.

But our women are good because it's probably the 1st or 2nd most popular sport among women in this country.

You're right, Andy Murray is so much better than that Fred Perry guy who won 8 grand slam titles *facepalm*

Here's a tip, maybe you should stop using "yo" and "bro" it makes you sound even more ****** than you already are.

So you think if soccer was as popular as football there that you'd be the dominant team in the world?

Fred Perry was from the 1930's, open era moron.

It's like me saying Babe Ruth is the greatest baseball of all time. That fat **** couldn't even play today. Fred Perry couldn't carry Laver, Sampras, Lendl, Borg, Federer, Agassi, Mcenroe's jocks. He would be blown off the court against those guys, it wouldn't even be competitive. The open era has the most elite tennis players of all time.

We probably wouldn't run it like we do the olympics, but I guarantee you if as many kids that play football here or baseball and what not played soccer and it was our most popular sport, we'd produce a lot better players. It's a numbers thing, if the number of kids that play football here played soccer, we'd be a lot better.

Look at the womens. Proof right there, it's the most popular sport here for women besides mayyyyybe basketball.
