How many hours does it take to drive from LA to Vegas?
LA to Vegas isnt that long of a ride, 4 hours depending on traffic and what time you leave.
And please - when you're on the freeway, stay out of the fast lane. Its for us locals that know where we are going. Thanks in advance and have fun.

It is a really great city. Then drive south from there but take the coast. Get down into Big Sur, you will not regret it. You might want to stay there for a day or so or you can stop in Pismo Beach. After that, drive through Santa Barbra, its a nice town but not much to do. Then drive in to LA. That should take 3 4 days tops. If you plan on staying in LA, I would set aside a day to go to San Diego, its 2 hours depending on traffic but worth it.

I 5 would be the quicker route then the 99 as a straight shot from Sac, but god bless him if he is a vegetarian and he drives past Harris Ranch.Last edited by Sweet Pea 50; 11-17-2014, 06:57 PM.
