The plan is to go from Sacramento to Los Angelos with a rental car in 10-11 days. Then drive from LA to Las Vegas so we can stay Like 2-3 days in Vegas.

How many hours does it take to drive from LA to Vegas?

We want to check out the different cities and beaches, national parks, shooting ranges, bars, restaurants, ... maybe some famous boxing gyms

Lake tahoe looks beautifull. But I think we will drive close to the coast line

Get specific dude. Do you like nature? Well, hit the beaches and go to national parks where there are a lot trees. If you want a beach where they are options to do other stuff then I recommend Santa Cruz beach because they have carnivals on the peer. A lot of rides. If you want a big ass beach then I recommend Santa Monica. What type of park are you looking for? If you want a park with big, and I mean big ass trees, I recommend Sequioa National Park.

Depends when you take your drive. Straight through, no stops, and depending on traffic, which is very time/day dependent, 4-4.5 hours. I'd plan on it being a 6 hour trip, though.
