ISIS fighters might have received funding and training from the U.S. at some point. And if Bush hadn't destabilized Iraq after 9/11 (I still don't know what the heck Iraq had to do with that by the way?) there wouldn't be a power vacuum for ISIS to fill.
So these students are right on in my opinion. Nothing wrong with speaking truth to power and telling it like it is.
