I was in Harvard square last night and I saw a group of young adults (could be Harvard students) demonstrating against ISIS and urging the US and the world to protect Kurdish town Kobani. It was arguably a "pro-war" demonstration

Best bet is to find something affordable that you can pay cash for, or have paid off within 1 year.. Car payments for lease or some car you can't afford but you take a loan out anyways with horrible terms but it's a sweet ride- both just suck your money dry..
Having no car payment is the key..
In the past I paid 9k for a car with 88k miles on it,,It was decent car in good condition, few years old.. I could have taken the 9 grand or even less and financed a brand new car that's worth a lot more.. But the payments plus the interest would just be a waste, especially considering the depreciation rate of cars is incredibly fast.. Or I could be leasing, but your constantly spending hundreds of dollars every month, in perpetuity with no end ever..
I bought that car for 9k cash, no payments, drove it for years, and the excess cash I saved each month allowed me to save for other things..
House and car payments are the biggest drains on your finances.. It's imperative to buy things you can afford and not because it would be cool and you can get a loan for it

ISIS wont last forever, but the bad US foreign policy will still continue beyond *****.
You do realize they are growing stronger, bolder, expanding, and gaining new recruits and territory every single day?
Their War Machine shows no sign of slowing down. It's only escalating.Last edited by KEY LOW; 10-12-2014, 02:30 PM.
