      John Charles (Wales) was voted the greatest foreign player ever to play for Juventus. Look at the great players Juventus have had and that is quite something to be called.

        Scholes and Owen have always been rated highly. The other guys are so so anyway they shouldn't be rated among the best just good players.

          They get plenty. One thing I might say is that English players have been overlooked in the Ballon d'Or (one winner since 1980 - Michael Owen in 2001).

          Gerrard, Scholes, Rooney etc get huge international recognition.

                      A goal means a goal, so how can goals lie lampard consistantly gets 20+ goal a season for 10 season. Who has done that in football?
