Never too late man. I work some crazy hours and am slowly going to school. Prob won't get my bachelors for 4 more years and i been going for 2 haha.

Not at all, I have and associates and am holding off on going back and transferring my credits until I am more financially stable. From what I have learned in my college experience taking out loans is a bad idea and would rather go back when I can afford to pay the balance of whats left after Pell and states grants out of pocket.
