Let them get sick and develop natural immunity?

Instead of poisoning them with junk that people can't even sue for afterwards?

In fact for delta initial peak load is similar for vaccinated and unvaccinated but it tails off much quicker in the vaccinated, so you become less infectious faster.. Long term exposure in a family setting suggests you got about 50% better protection if you're vaccinated, more occasional exposures it's probably closer to 70 or 80% but starts to drop over several months although it ain't shown to tail off completely yet.

Honestly it's a very long way short of what was initially touted although behind the triumphalism of various politicians there was always a fair bit of sentiment within the research community that vaccine effectiveness might drop and that we shouldn't expecting to see a full return to normality any time soon. It is still of very significant benefit at reducing infection rates though probably ain't enough by itself for herd immunity to be reached and it does remain the best way of preventing serious infection or death.
Yup. By the time vaccines were approved we already had the Alpha variant and then the Delta.

It seems the antibodies aren’t as effective at preventing infection from the variants but the T cells are significantly reducing hospitalisation and deaths.

Have you had your booster yet?

Yes indeed. No mention of jabs. So why have you put it on a 'vaccine reaction' thread? They could have died from COVID or COVID induced myocardia (which is waaay more common than from vaccination) for all you know. They could have died from something else entirely.

Basically you now got lunatics searching the entire web for any unexplained deaths and suggesting they're something to do with COVID vaccination before you got any evidence at all. But lies and dishonesty are basically what the antivax playbook is, we've seen that from the start.

Remember when these clowns were arguing deaths that had nothing to do with Covid were being labelled as Covid? Well that's what they're doing now, anyone getting ill close to when they had the vaccine, they're blaming on the vaccine.

Yeah, evolving situation, lotta people don't seem to understand how big a deal even a 40 or 60% reduction in infectivity is when you're talking about expontential infection rates. The delta variant would likely have overwhelmed the NHS just in terms of sheer case volume without a high rate of vaccinations and deaths would likely have exceeded those at the start of the year. People claiming vaccination to have been a failure simply ain't looking at it from the right angle.

And I ain't been offered the booster yet, but since I'm double jabbed and just had COVID anyway it probably ain't super urgent TBH. I'll get it when I am though.

They don't even need to have had the vaccine at all. These mfers are just claiming any death or heart attack in which the cause ain't given regardless if there's information about vaccination status or not. Someone died and we don't know how? Must be the vaccine!!!
